1. What this website is

This is an informational website about our company, our brands and the ways businesses and customers can work with us. It is not an online store and does not process payments. Nothing here creates a contract on its own.

2. Enquiries are not orders

Submitting the enquiry form, emailing us or speaking to our team starts a conversation. An order, supply arrangement or franchise relationship exists only once it is confirmed in writing by us and, where applicable, a signed agreement is in place. Prices, lead times, minimum quantities, flavours, formats and availability are indicative until confirmed in writing.

4. Product and allergen information

Our products are dairy-based and contain milk. Depending on the variant they may contain or come into contact with nuts, wheat, soy, eggs and other allergens. Always check the pack label and, for large or catered orders, confirm allergen requirements with us in writing before you place the order. Photographs on this site are illustrative; actual products, garnishes and packaging may differ.

5. Intellectual property

The Wathanzi name and mark, the Balaram Kulfi and Good Scoop brands, and the text, images, layout and code of this website belong to Wathanzi Food and Beverages Private Limited or its licensors. You may view and share the pages for personal or business-evaluation purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt or use our brands, artwork or content commercially without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a scale that disrupts service, or submit false information or another person's details through our forms.

Our enquiry form is hosted by Tally, and we may link to other third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
